In the last few weeks, two major drugstores publicly announced that they will start carrying products containing hemp-derived cannabidiol (“Hemp-CBD”). Both CVS and Walgreens announced that CBD topicals would be available in their stores, in a select number of states. or otherwise applied to the human body.
Surprising no one, recent findings show that most hemp in Oregon runs hot. This hemp is often sold and marketed online without age verification, in packaging attractive to minors, or at unlicensed retail stores.
