The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) quietly confirmed last year that the seeds of cannabis—because they contain less than.3% 3% THC (cannabis’ psychoactive ingredient) on a dry-weight basis—are in fact, legal, under the 2018 Farm Bill.
