According to ABC News , lawmakers finally voted to decriminalize marijuana after a marathon session that ended on June 21 st , just before 6:00 AM. Decriminalization measures are definitely not new to the U.S. The real winners, however, are those who already fell into law enforcement’s net prior to decriminalization.
