House Bill 1359 would create a 5 year medical marijuana pilot program, allowing patients to access their medicine from licensed dispensaries. Separately, H7141 prohibits past criminal misdemeanors and felonies for possession of marijuana from being used against a person entering the cannabis industry or any government assistance programs.
