The government of Guam’s agreement with a Florida-based company to stand up a tracking and management system for the island’s medical cannabis program commits $375,000 in funding over the next five years. The contract between GovGuam and Metrc LLC, for a seed to sale system was made available at the request of The Guam Daily Post.

Legislative Changes Currently Effective. Waste Disposal – Effective May 9, 2019, Section 3 of SB 882 authorizes businesses to destroy root balls, stems, fan leaves, and seeds through open burning, incineration, burying, mulching, composting or any other technique approved by the Department of Environmental Quality.
