HB4513 proposes 2-word change for R3 geographic jurisdictions

Currently, the law states, “Eight public officials of municipal jurisdictions in the State that include an R3 Area.” The “or county” addition would broaden the geographic jurisdictions to include more representative candidates for the eight public officials chosen for the Restore, Reinvest, and Renew Program Board.
