MCAB recommends fourth condition, agrees more education needed

MCAB members voted to recommend Uterine Fibroid and Painful Uterine Fibroid but did not recommend Generalized Anxiety as a qualifying debilitating condition. After back-and-forth discussion, board members first voted 7-0 to approve Uterine Fibroid as a qualifying debilitating condition. Subieta Benito abstained from the vote.

Illinois releases 2023 Annual Cannabis Report

The 20-page report included a summary, 2023 accomplishments, goals for fiscal year 2024, and several charts and statistics. In nearly four years, IDFPR has issued 48 social total equity dispensary licenses and conducted the SECL for 55 more conditional licenses that included almost 2,700 entrants.
