Sales fell (again) along with licensee numbers (for the first time) According to OLCC data , retail sales between January 1, 2023 and November 30, 2023 clocked in at $874 million. For the most recent three months of 2023, we’ve hovered at a respectable $745/lb. By my math, the state is on pace for roughly $953 million this year.

Czech president expected to sign 1% THC Rule Into Law

Czech President Miloš Zeman is expected to sign a bill that would set the limit for THC in industrial hemp at 1.0% and significantly loosen up rules regarding THC in finished hemp products. THC limit for hemp plants “on the field,” finished hemp products with less than 1.0% EU limit is expected to become effective in 2023.
