Arizona NORML, Partners File 2020 Statewide Legalization Initiative

Mississippi: Proponents Turn In Signatures for 2020 Medical Cannabis Ballot Measure

Proponents of a 2020 statewide ballot measure to legalize and regulate medical cannabis access have submitted 105,686 signatures to the Secretary of State’s office. According to local news reports , proponents actually collected more than 214,000 total signatures, with 105,000 having been certified by local clerks.

Santa Barbara: Board of Supervisors to hear update on cannabis tax collection

The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors will hear an update on cannabis tax collection in the last quarter of the fiscal year 2020-2021 during its regular meeting on Tuesday. During the last fiscal quarter that ended June 30, the county collected about $3.8 million in gross tax receipts paid by 58 operators.
