Virginia Governor Calls for Amendments to Restriction Bill That Protects Patient Access to CBD Products

Identical bills that were passed by the Virginia General Assembly put a cap on the total amount of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that makes users feel high, to 2 milligrams per package. Only if products are manufactured before July 1, 2023, will the fine be exempted.
