On September 29, 2021, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions on these Board Interim Policies (BIP): Liquor Policies Rescinded (Withdrawn) : LCB Policy Number 00-4 about exceptions to liquor license fee refund procedures. It is no longer necessary and was rescinded.
