In a much more highly publicized case, Kushy Punch and some of its owners were tagged with a $128 million fine in late 2022 for alleged illicit market sales. California expanded medical deliveries. State regulators tried allowing statewide deliveries, was sued, and basically caved. Bad news for Los Angeles.

Oregon Cannabis 2025: Legislative Forecast and Report

If you read any of the news articles previewing the 2025 session, you wont see cannabis as a legislative priority. Prohibits OLCC from requiring physical tags or other identifiers on certain marijuana plants. Most likely, you wont see it mentioned at all. I was surprised this would be disallowed by OLCC. This would be useful.
