Within 30 days of enrolling and receiving all appropriate training and credentials on the BioTrackTHC platform, registrants and their assistants must track all marijuana, marijuana concentrate, and marijuana products in compliance with the rule. A subsequent regulation package will outline the requirements for safely operating a retail dispensary. Additionally, licensure is conditioned upon an applicant meeting certain eligibility criteria and program compliance. Licenses will authorize cultivation for two years. This will be recorded and posted on the OCM’s website.
