Nevada CCB: Seeds Bought Online Result in $190,000 Fine

The agents interviewed the Inventory Control & Compliance Manager who allegedly told the CCB Agents that the cannabis seeds found on site were acquired by the Purchasing and Procurement Manager (PPM) who was a medical patient and had acquired and donated the cannabis seeds. Some of the seeds were acquired prior to that date.
