New York’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) recently proposed Adult-Use Packaging and Labeling Rules. If these rules go into effect as drafted, New York cannabis licensees will not have much room for creative packaging of their products. The proposed rules set minimum standards for retail packaging of cannabis products.

I don’t really know, as Hezekiah was alluding to on the collective question, people have to have their come-to-Jesus moment. And then another question of okay, so you’re a retailer, you’ve got flour in your inventory, what are you going to do with it if it’s not packaged? As a collective, you still have to pay your taxes.
