New York’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) recently proposed Adult-Use Packaging and Labeling Rules. If these rules go into effect as drafted, New York cannabis licensees will not have much room for creative packaging of their products. The proposed rules set minimum standards for retail packaging of cannabis products.

Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC) has for the first time listed the vape brands that have most commonly led to hospitalizations. Most of the nearly 2,300 people who suffered lung damage had vaped liquids that contain THC. Dank Vapes was the brand used by 56% of the hospitalized patients nationwide in the USA.
