Illinois medical cannabis sales lowest since March 2020

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) recently released its November 2023 medical cannabis sales totals of $25,582,066.92. Illinois licensed medical cannabis dispensaries served 62,489 unique patients, who purchased 1,274,387 grams of dry cannabis. Monthly Totals for 2020 January: $27,358,975.27
