Lloyd Wayne Cockrell, 55, of Bakersfield was identified by the Kern County Corner’s Office. He was shot and killed Saturday on Stine Road near Pacheco Road, according to the department. Cockrell was found at a marijuana dispensary at 5:20 p.m. with a gunshot wound said KCSO. He died less than an hour later at the scene, according to the coroner.
