Illinois yearly medical cannabis sales drop for third year

For 2024, retail sales by licensed medical cannabis dispensaries finished at $285,059,601.92. The 2024 totals continued a 3-year downward trend for yearly totals, dropping below $300 million for the first time since 2019. The 2024 totals dropped nearly $40 millions from the 2023 totals of $324,792,664.73. February: $24,427,904.62
