Ohio is currently accepting petitions in an attempt to expand the list of qualifying conditions for medical cannabis. Ohio became the 25th state to legalize medical cannabis back on June 8 of 2016. Medical cannabis is now available to residents in Ohio who meet one of 22 qualifying conditions laid out by House Bill 523.
