These licenses will have to be renewed every two years at price tags of $2,000, $3,500 and $500 respectively. Then of course there are the penalties for not opening on time – $12,500 if not open on April 1 st , another $12,500 if not operating by April 15 th and $25,000 for those who fail to open by April 30 th.
