According to a new, detailed report by the Associated Press, a significant number of CBD vaping oils on the market also contain synthetic marijuana, and some contain no CBD at all. Jay Jenkins tells the AP that he hesitated when a buddy suggested they vape CBD. That’s because what he was vaping didn’t have any CBD.

It would be a limited system, however, prohibiting patients from smoking or vaping marijuana. This vote comes two months after a panel created by the legislature, the Medical Cannabis Study Commission, issued a recommendation that Alabama implement a medical cannabis program. The next stop for the legislation will be the Senate floor.
