HB4201 would allow remote medical cannabis exams

House Bill 4201 , which was introduced in late October, was referred to the Rules Committee Wednesday, Nov. 1. HB4201 is the second attempt to eliminate the requirements for a physical medical cannabis examination in the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act. This same amendment also had been included in the cannabis omnibus that failed during the legislative session in late May.
