While there is much room for improvement in the way our state’s program operates, this bill does not address those items in a way I can support.”

The US House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health will hold a legislative hearing entitled “Cannabis Policies for the New Decade.” Legislation is pending, House Bill 1089, to protect cannabis consumers from employment discrimination.
