New York Recreational Licenses Not Coming Until Spring 2023. The head of New York’s Cannabis Control Board, Tremaine Wright, announced during a symposium on Wednesday that state licenses for recreational dispensaries most likely will not be issued until spring 2023 at the earliest, according to WXXI.

With a new constitution being written, it’s quite possible that we’ll soon see legalized recreational cannabis in Chile. If a new constitution means recreational cannabis will be legalized in Chile, the total will be up to five countries! In 2008, the laws were made more harsh because of illicit cannabis flowing into the country.
