During a recent stop at Star Buds Burbank a budtender told me about Grape Jubilee, one of the more indica-leaning strains from Kaviar’s new releases. Intrigued, and hoping for a good night’s sleep, I picked up an eighth to sample.

Once the plant started flowering, the buds turned from lime green to forest green, to dark purple and gray, with tall trichomes covering the bud and leaves. The effects landed on the indica-leaning hybrid spectrum. As the buzz continued, the head high leaned more indica with less-focused thoughts that accompanied a careless attitude.

Face Mints is an indica-leaning hybrid cross of Face Off OG and Kush Mints. Multiple shades of green hid beneath bunches of fire orange hairs and a milky sparkling trichome frost. Face Mints served me best at the end of the night and after a few too many snacks and some couch lounging, it put me to sleep.

The strain 007 is an indica-leaning cross between Lemon Pound Cake and Project 4516. The dense spade-shaped buds are dark green and shades of purple with creamy-colored trichomes from top to bottom.
