An under-the-radar cannabis-related bill making it way through the Illinois Senate was assigned to the Subcommittee on Cannabis Thursday with a deadline established for March 24. Senate Bill 1886 amends the Illinois’ Unified Code of Corrections and would provide “that a person on probation, conditional discharge, or supervision shall not be ordered to refrain from having cannabis or alcohol in his or her body…” The rest of the sentence adds a caveat by stating, “…unless the person was sentenced
