Bloomberg reports that Michael Petegorsky has left firm in last month for new legal chief role and that Mighty Group, co-founded by MindBloom’s CEO, also hires GC. They write. MindBloom LLC, a mental health and well-being company practicing psychedelic telemedicine, hired a Big Law litigator as its first in-house lawyer. Michael Petegorsky, a commercial and intellectual property litigation counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in New York, joined MindBloom last month as general counsel.

Arizona Introduces Social Equity Classes for Cannabis Businesses |

For some prospective marijuana dispensary owners in Arizona, class is now in session. Social equity class, that is. . It is a provision included in the ballot measure that voters in the state last year legalized recreational pot use for adults.
