The Oregon District Court issued a ruling today whereby it PERMANENTLY ENJOINS AND RESTRAINS the OLCC and other State actors from enforcing Measure 119 against Bubbles Hash and Ascend Dispensary, the plaintiffs that sued over BM 119s constitutionality.
