Murphy stated in an Executive Order , “…of New Jersey’s nine million residents, only approximately 15,000 are able to participate in the State’s medical marijuana program.” The public comment period is open from October 16 to December 15, 2023. Therefore, it seems as though Governor Murphy is calling for reform.
