Last week, Phylos Bioscience filed a federal court complaint against Silver Lion Farms in the District of Oregon. The complaint details that Phylos and Silver Lion had entered into a Letter of Engagement for Silver Lion to purchase $2,954,250 worth of hemp seeds of two different varieties – 14,625,000 of AutoCBD seeds and 8,775,000 of F1 hybrid seeds.

Canadian Online Seller CannMart Medical calling it a day

Mugglehead reports. Canadian online seller CannMart Medical is shutting down, and transferring its patients to Mendo Cannabis by next week. This is the second medical cannabis provider in the country to close shop in less than a month. CannMart Medical sent an email to its registered patients on Wednesday, saying they can place final orders until Feb. 11, and can transfer their file to Mendo.

Authorities announced the arrests of five men Sunday on felony drug charges that accuse them of illegally selling marijuana and related products from a chain of smoke shops in three New Jersey counties. Mugglehead report. The Albanian prime minister wants to know if citizens support legalizing medical cannabis. Late January, questionnaires covering a number of issues began arriving at homes through a national consultation initiative launched by Prime Minister Edi Rama. Among a dozen survey questions to gather public opinion, one is asking Albanians whether the country should implement a state-controlled medical cannabis program that wouldn’t legalize recreational use.

Through a partnership between the college and a county initiative Project Trellis, the courses cover marketing, business plans, human resources and grant writing. If students cannot afford tuition, they can apply for a local equity program for a tuition grant.
