The fourth annual Illinois High Times Magazine People’s Choice Cannabis Cup has set dates for 2023 submissions, judging, and awards show. The estimated timeline includes August 7-11 dates for Illinois product submissions. The judging kits are scheduled to go on sale August 19-October 22. October 22 is the judging deadline.
