As of 01/01/2018, it is longer a legal requirement to hold a medical marijuana card for a person aged 21 or over should they possess 1 ounce or less of cannabis (max. 8 g of concentrates). Skip forward to 2020, things have changed slightly for medical marijuana patients, but not to any great extent.
