After Biden requested that HHS review the scheduling of marijuana under federal law, the Department recommended to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that it should reschedule marijuana, down to Schedule III. What DEA ends up doing here is far from certain , and things seem to be moving pretty slowly. Biden has done nothing.
