Pennsylvania lawmakers introduce bill to legalize recreational cannabis use

HB 2050 would create a permitting process for growers, processors and dispensaries in addition to a 10% wholesale tax on business-to-business transactions. Public consumption is prohibited. The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement would license growers, processors, and dispensaries to produce and sell adult-use cannabis.
