Gibsons

Jokes N Tokes Comedy Tour

When: November 13, 8:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
Where: The 101 Brewhouse + Distillery, 1009 Gibsons Way, Gibsons

Andrew Packer leaves no joint unsmoked, and no Canadian town unvisited on his epic 2019 Jokes N Tokes comedy tour. The Gibsons edition will feature some of the best Vancouver comedians, with headliner, Ola Dada, 2019’s Runner up in the nation wide Sirius XM Top Comic Competition.

Jokes N Tokes Comedy Tour

Where: AMS Student Nest, 6133 University Boulevard, Vancouver

Visionary minds, artists, healers, and researchers gather to share their understanding of healing and psychedelic medicines. SPMC 2019 will feature the likes of Dennis McKenna, The Dank Duchess, Jamie Wheal, and many others.

Cannabis Investing with Bruce Campbell

When: November 27, 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
Where: The Vancouver Club, 915 W Hastings Street, Vancouver
Join Bruce Campbell, portfolio manager and leader in cannabis investing at StoneCastle, for an informative state-of-the-market talk and StoneCastle Cannabis Portfolio presentation. FYI, registration is open to accredited investors, cannabis companies, family offices, institutional investors, advisors, and media.

Victoria

Wellness Soldier Veterans Dinner

When: November 4, 7 p.m.
Where: Artisan Bistro, 777 Royal Oak Drive, Victoria

World famous Canna-chef Chef Cody invites all Canadian veterans (and their spouse or battle buddy) for a free four course meal. His mission? To promote cannabis as an alternative medicine to former Canadian soldiers who may be suffering from everything from aches, pains and sleeplessness to PTSD.

Chemainus

CannaConvo: 101 and Infusion

When: November 3, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Where: 8228a Chemainus Road, Chemainus

Award-winning masseuse and women’s leadership spokesperson Naomi Nicholson leads a full day workshop on all things cannabis, including a lesson on infusing butter and coconut oil. You can bet there will be goodies to take home with you.
