JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Junior Counsel to join our team! This is a junior to mid-level attorney role that will include drafting and redlining. Junior Counsel must have a license to practice law in the state of California.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, edit, and draft contracts
- Advice and interface with all departments to implement procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Conduct legal research and writing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree (e.g., JD or equivalent) with active California State Bar License
- 2+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house
- Negotiation skills and experience
