OMP Publishes New Research and Development Transfer Manifest and Guidance on Packaging and Labeling Seeds
Earlier today, OMP made available, on its publicly accessible website, a new form intended to document the transfer of research and development (R&D) samples between cultivation, manufacturing, or retail licensees and testing facilities operating in the AUMP.
Additionally, the office published a guidance memorandum to AUMP cultivators and retail store licensees regarding proper packaging and labeling of seeds in the AUMP.
