Last Prisoner Project Publishes Information About Events On 420 Day

Here’s what turned up in our inbox this morning…A great mix of celebration and investigation and all far more fun, interesting and educational than most of the corporate guff that we now see rolled out on this date..

4/20 for Freedom

As most of you know, next Tuesday, April 20, marks the biggest day of the year for the cannabis community. And given the exciting cannabis policy reforms that have taken place over the past year, the cannabis community deserves a day to commemorate these hard-fought victories.

That said, we wouldn’t be doing our jobs if we didn’t also ask you to take some time on this “high holy day” to learn more about the needless plight of the millions of people who’ve been unjustly criminalized and incarcerated for cannabis over the past century.

To that end, we’re excited to partner with so many amazing cannabis companies and advocacy organizations to highlight the stories of our constituents, as well as the work LPP is doing to fight the injustice that is cannabis arrests and incarceration.

See below for more information on, as well as to RSVP for, some of these upcoming events.
