CBD – Future Regulatory Pathways in the US
As FDA considers development of a regulatory pathway for the sale of hemp-derived CBD products, companies in this space need to prepare themselves for the new paradigm. In this webinar, we will be discussing CBD’s current legal status, as well as legislative efforts to define a legal pathway for the use of CBD in foods, beverages and dietary supplements.
