We are looking for a Head of Marketing to develop convertible organic web traffic, create diversified and impactful content across our channels, and leverage the value of key partnerships in the form of collateral and shared ventures. The job title is a mid-level management level position and works alongside upper management.

Ideal candidates are incredibly process-oriented, have content strategy, copywriting, and management experience in the B2B tech or cannabis industry with proven success at converting customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish quarterly marketing goals and benchmarks for company

Improve digital marketing funnels across all channels

Develop new content strategies including improvements to existing process, production of lead magnets, web pages, and more

Collaborate with partnership companies on impactful collateral for distribution

Produce weekly data reports for leadership review with direct action for subordinates

Edit and create written collateral alongside marketing team

Optimize conversion across channels

Coordinate marketing team efforts around all relevant marketing goals

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is between $14-22/hr with opportunities for equity based on performance.
