The Hawaiʻi Cannabis Industry Association (HICIA) will continue to make detailed information public to assist key stakeholders in making strategic decisions that ensure the sustainability of Hawaiʻi’s medical cannabis program and help set the program on a trajectory to meet its original legislative intent.
