Dear MED Stakeholders:
In our ongoing effort to streamline business efficiencies for marijuana licensees, the MED has updated the following applications to permit a licensee to submit one application for multiple marijuana business licenses (medical and/or retail) operating under one legal business entity name:
- Permitted Economic Interest (PEI)
- Commercially Reasonable Royalty (CRR)
- Employee Profit Sharing Plans\Report of Changes Application (Change of Trade Name, Change of Location, Modification of Premises)
It’s important to note that this singular submission option applies to: (a) marijuana licenses operating under one legal business entity name; and (b) applications for which all the information provided equally applies to all the marijuana licenses noted in the singular application. The new application is available on our MED License Applications and Forms webpage (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/enforcement/med-license-applications-and-forms). Please use the Permitted Economic Interest form.
The Division will start accepting these singular applications on Monday, 3/11/2019.
