Kenyon Booz, 31, was arrested Aug. 26, the day after a search warrant was served at his home in the 3000 block of Happy Drive. The 76-year-old, who has been named as Stephen Slotwiner, was arrested in Goa after officers said they busted him with £16,000 of various different drugs. The government has also failed to issue any regulations or guidelines for the operation of the same.
