2 foreigners have been arrested after over 10,000 marijuana plants were discovered at a farm in in Mondulkiri Province
The 2 men – reported to be Vietnamese – were arrested after a raid at the site on April 14, 2023 in Mepai village, Pou Chrey commune, Pech Reada district, Mondulkiri province.
The men were named as Nguyen Van Khveang, male, 32 years old and Fam Van Thai, male, 27 years old
During the bust, police seized and burnt 10,671 marijuana plants weighing 1205 kg
Police also destroyed large amounts of growing paraphernalia
