Drunken joyride on a golf buggy through CBD mall which was allegedly stolen from iconic music festival ends in arrest for two interstate tourists: Watch the terrifying footage

A druken joyride has come to an abrupt end after police caught up with two men who allegedly drove a stolen golf buggy around one of Australia’s busiest shopping precincts. 

Startling CCTV captured the interstate tourists aged 37 and 44 allegedly zooming around in the vehicle complete with flashing lights through the streets of Adelaide and in Rundle Mall early Saturday morning. 

The buggy had been allegedly stolen from the annual four day Womadelaide music, arts and dance festival in nearby Botanic Park. 

Police eventually pulled over the pair on King William Street, where the driver, 44, was breathtested and allegedly blew 0.133, almost three times the legal limit.
