High time for Christmas? That’s what a Florida man apparently thought when he was arrested Saturday for passing out marijuana, WTSP reports. Richard Spurrier said he was giving away weed in St. Petersburg “because it was Christmas,” per his arrest report. Police say they found a 45-gram bag of grass in his backpack along with a purple glass pipe and a digital scale, both with marijuana residue, reports the Tampa Bay Times.
