Regulators and administrators will have to learn at some point that you can’t sit on cannabis regulation and expect people to wait patiently, there is a sense of urgency before one ends up with two levels of a black market. This is something that Washington will really need to get its head around otherwise they’ll be battling various levels of a black market for another 80-100 years

Syracuse, N.Y. — Nearly every Sunday for three months in the dead of winter, hundreds of people have shown up at a farmers market in Syracuse.
At first the market was in the Alien Opera House — a music venue — on the city’s North Side. Then it moved to a run-down building on Hamilton Street in Tipperary Hill.
