Illinois monthly medical cannabis sales still slumping

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) today released its February 2025 medical cannabis sales totals. Retail sales of medical cannabis for February slumped to $19,748,199.87, which was the lowest total since June 2019. This followed January 2025 totals of $21,459,882.77, which was the lowest total since July 2019. February 2025 medical cannabis sales included $9,625,137.04 in dry flower sales and $10,123,062.80 in concentrates/infused products.
