A motorist looks set to be in for a driving ban after he was stopped going the wrong way down a one-way street in Kilkenny City. Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit stopped the vehicle driving the wrong way down Barrack Street. An oral fluid test was carried out on the driver which came back positive for cannabis. A blood sample was taken at Kilkenny Garda station.
